Our company participated in the 2015 Mangshi Regional Tea Industry Technology Training Conference.
On October 23, 2015, the Mangshi Agricultural Bureau, the Mangshi Tea Technology Station, and the Mangshi Tea Association jointly organized the 2015 Mangshi Tea Industry Technical Training Conference, which our company attended. The training invited experts from the prefectural and municipal agricultural bureaus to deliver on-site lectures to tea enterprises and tea farmers. Last week, the 2015 Spring Tea Expo concluded at the Canton Fair Complex. Although the exhibition space was expanded, the number of exhibitors decreased; nonetheless, it offered Guangzhou tea enthusiasts greater value, with competitively priced new teas and a back-to-basics positioning that allowed consumers to enjoy more natural, high-quality teas. With a larger venue but fewer exhibitors, organizers reported that this year’s event spanned nearly 60,000 square meters across six pavilions—almost double the area of the previous edition—making it the largest tea industry gathering in the country during the first half of the year. On the 10th, the public audition for the Chinese University Tea Art Troupe of the 2015 Milan World Expo’s China Tea Culture Week kicked off at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou. Forty-one students majoring in tea art from vocational colleges in renowned tea-producing regions such as Zhejiang and Yunnan showcased their talents, with ten finalists ultimately selected to undergo further training and travel to Milan, Italy, to present Chinese tea culture to the world. It is reported that from August 3 to 9, the China Pavilion at the Milan World Expo will host China Tea Culture Week.
