In accordance with relevant regulations and requirements stipulating that state officials may not concurrently hold positions in social organizations, and taking into account the actual circumstances of the Mangshi Tea Industry Association, a leadership transition meeting was convened on September 11, 2015, at the Mangshi Agricultural Bureau. The meeting proceeded through nomination and a show-of-hands vote, resulting in the election of Mr. Li Minglian, General Manager of our company, as Vice President of the new term of the Tea Industry Association. The newly appointed leadership team of the Mangshi Tea Industry Association, led by enterprises, will actively serve as a bridge and link, providing two-way services to both the government and primary tea-processing facilities, upholding market order, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of members, and ensuring sound business practices.
Following the election of the new association leadership, at the initiative of the association president, a comprehensive survey of the tea industry in Mangshi District was conducted from September 21 to 23, 2015. On September 24, 2015, the Mangshi Tea Industry Association convened a summary meeting on the results of this survey. Leaders from the municipal and prefectural agricultural bureaus expressed strong approval of the association’s efforts and shared their insights on the future prospects of the tea industry in Mangshi District as well as on the association’s ongoing work. Attendees—including various leaders and representatives of tea enterprises—offered valuable opinions and recommendations for the association’s future development and operations. It is believed that, under the guidance of the new leadership team, the tea industry in Mangshi District will reach a new level of growth.

The “Mangshi 7,000-ton Green Food Tea Industrialization and Export Processing Plant Project,” invested in and constructed by the company within its industrial park, covers a total land area of 20,828 square meters and has a total floor area of 13,285 square meters. The project primarily includes one production line for refined green tea and black tea, one production line for Pu’er tea and De’ang sour tea, as well as associated ancillary facilities. The total investment exceeds RMB 55 million, fully financed through the company’s own funds.
