  1. Suitable for individuals with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, diabetes, those who consume excessive amounts of greasy foods, and people who have been intoxicated.

  2. Not suitable for individuals with fever, impaired renal function, cardiovascular disease, chronic constipation, gastrointestinal ulcers, neurasthenia, insomnia, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or children.

  Food incompatibilities with black tea:

  Do not take medication with tea; avoid drinking tea within one hour before or after taking your medicine. Ginseng and American ginseng should not be consumed with tea. Refrain from drinking strong tea to sober up; do not drink tea before meals; and avoid drinking tea immediately after eating. Young women should also avoid drinking strong tea.

  Do not steep tea for too long, do not brew it in a thermos, and avoid drinking overly strong tea.
