To ensure product quality and safety, and to safeguard the physical health and lives of the public, our company hereby solemnly pledges to the public:
I. The food products manufactured by this enterprise comply with the quality and safety requirements stipulated in national laws, regulations, national standards, industry standards, and local standards, and meet the requirements for safeguarding public health and life safety.
II. Organize production in strict compliance with the provisions of national laws, regulations, and relevant standards, ensuring that environmental and hygienic conditions consistently meet the requirements for food quality and safety.
III. Strictly implement the incoming inspection and acceptance system for raw and auxiliary materials, food additives, and food packaging materials and containers, and verify the certificate of compliance for each batch of raw and auxiliary materials.
4. Strictly implement the factory‑outgoing inspection system; maintain comprehensive records of production, inspection, and sales; conduct batch‑by‑batch inspections; prohibit the release or sale of any product that has not been inspected or that fails inspection; ensure full traceability of all sold products; and promptly recall any products found to be defective, handling such cases in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Food additives shall be used strictly in accordance with national regulations; the food additives employed must comply with the “Hygienic Standard for the Use of Food Additives” (GB 2760-2007), and their use shall be clearly indicated on the product label in compliance with the requirements of the “General Rules for Labeling of Prepackaged Foods” (GB 7718-2004).
6. Do not adulterate or falsify food, pass off fakes as genuine, substitute inferior products for superior ones, or misrepresent non‑conforming products as conforming; do not use non‑food‑grade raw materials or recycled materials in food processing; and do not forge or misuse another manufacturer’s name or address, nor forge or misuse quality marks.
7. Do not use uncertified food raw materials, food additives, or food packaging containers in the production and processing of food.
8. Do not produce or process food beyond the scope of the license.
9. When entrusting or accepting commissioned processing of food products, promptly file the relevant registration with the Administration for Market Regulation.
X. Consciously comply with relevant national laws and regulations, promote industry self-regulation, and earnestly fulfill the principal responsibility of enterprises for food quality and safety.
