During the Party’s mass-line education and practice campaign, the Mangshi Tea Technology Extension Station actively participated in the campaign while simultaneously going into villages and households to provide on-the-ground technical guidance, continuously serving the people and agricultural production, and putting the Party’s mass line into practice.
Recently, the Mangshi Tea Technology Extension Station dispatched technical personnel to the Tiantou Group of the Huixian Village Committee in Mangshi Town to conduct tea‑cultivation training, ensuring that cutting-edge techniques reach farmers and helping to boost the efficiency of the town’s tea industry while increasing farmers’ incomes. The training session was attended by Liu Anji, Head of the Science and Education Section of the Mangshi Agricultural Bureau; Shao Yechuan, Director of the Mangshi Tea Technology Extension Station; Teng Anfu, Deputy Mayor of the Mangshi Town Government; technical staff from relevant departments; and more than 50 representatives of tea growers from Tiantou Village.
At the training session, Shao Yuechuan, director of the Mangshi Tea Technology Extension Station, outlined several key requirements: First, governments at all levels should intensify efforts to promote ecological tea and vigorously advance its development; second, farmers should strengthen their awareness of protecting ancient tea trees and safeguard existing resources; and third, farmers should manage their tea gardens in accordance with the management objectives set by the government and enterprises, using pilot projects to lead broader adoption, continuously improve tea quality, and increase farmers’ incomes.
Through this training, participants have deepened their understanding and awareness. They have not only gained a preliminary grasp of the current prospects of the tea market and the development of eco‑friendly tea gardens, but have also further mastered relevant cultivation techniques. This will play a positive role in promoting the high‑quality, high‑efficiency development of the tea industry in Mangshi Town, accelerating the town’s overall advancement.
